If You Obey All The Rules...

It's Friday with Unity again - I'm sure we look forward to FWF Fridays :)

"If you obey all the Rules, you miss all the Fun"!  Don't you just love this quote?  If you ask my mum, she would say I am definitely not a Compliant person, and probably gave her the most headache growing up.  I think my life then revolved around having Fun!  However, I'm thankful I learnt boundaries and good Christian principles which provided direction :)

While packing, I came across an older KOM set - Simply Magical, I think a lot of the stamps in the kit have not been inked.  Just couldn't resist this quote and the handbag.

On a personal note, my holiday has come to an end, and today is my last day at home with my parents.  I can't believe time has gone by so quickly, but I am thankful for every day that I get to spend with them.  Monday it's back to work and a new job!  Wish me luck!

Have a wonderful weekend!
Kary

Kary...that is a BEAUTIFUL card. And yes, I LOVE that sentiment. I must confess, I never gave my mom headaches growing up (but my life with my mom was cut short due to her losing her life with cancer), but I do know that I did have to dodge the bullet at times when I lived with my dad and try and get away with certain "things"...but good morals and Christian direction kept me focused and on the right path. I WISH I had that phrase. Thank you for sharing and MUCH LUCK on your new job.

Aww Kary this is gorgeous. I was compliant initially, then kicked over the traces after leaving home.... thankfully God had his hand on me, and although I got 'burnt' He bought me to Himself through it.
Blessings

Oh, so true, Kary. Ms Hepburn was a wise woman. I hope you've had a wonderful time at home. Good luck at your new job. Where are you moving to next? I love the die you used. Is it a Spellbinder die? It's such a delicate shape.
