Let's Chat

(Click here for my November Giveaway Post! Don't forget to comment for a chance to win the prize this week.)

I am a sweets girl!  I love all sorts of desserts and they are best shared with friends.  I'm not sure if this is unique to Malaysia, but local hotels and some restaurants have afternoon buffets called High Tea where one can sample unlimited cakes and finger food which I absolutely enjoy.

This Daisy Doodles image reminds me so much of an afternoon of desserts and fun fellowship with friends.

The image was coloured with Copic Markers and the patterned paper is from Echo Park, Victoria Garden.  The edges are sponged with Distress Ink Scattered Straw.  For more inspiration from Daisy Doodles team, please click here.  Don't forget, there's still time to play along the Halloween challenge at Daisy Doodles.

I hope you have a fun day!!  Don't forget to comment, for your chance to win the giveaway on this post.

Love the paper that you chose for this card! Perfectly girly and wouldn't it be lovely to have a chit chat like that together one day?!
Happy day to you!

My only worry is... the dessert tray is already empty! :D Sweet card, and I love the background paper, it sets just the right tone for the image.

Looks as though you have already been nibbling, Kary.
Wonderful, feminine card my friend.

The scene is all set for leisurely afternoon tea and a girl to girl chat. Should do well with an "extra" cup though or else you will be having tea alone :)

Oh, this card is so fun! LOVE the coloring technique and those fresh, clear colors! One of these days I'll have to get some Copics and give them a try!
